We have worked with Artisanal Builders on several projects over the past few years. While the level of craftsmanship is consistently at the highest level and their crews and recommended sub-contractors are uniformly excellent, the most important aspect of our relationship with Artisanal has been our confidence and trust that they will absolutely complete the job to meet our agreed upon expectations and, if results are initially not entirely satisfactorily, will make it right before considering the job complete. The lack of uncertainty (and accompanying loss of sleep) is a huge plus when embarking on an expensive and disruptive home construction project. We used Artisanal Builders for a complete kitchen remodel in late 2022, including new cabinets, quartz counter tops, appliances, tile flooring, lighting, and electrical. Most recently, we used them to reinstall our Ikea kitchenette, drywall, and tile flooring in our basement after flooding. We are thrilled with both projects. We found Justin and Doug to be easy to work and communicate with. Justin really went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with even the smallest details, and Doug is a skilled problem solver.
